Another day, another diet…
These days, weight-loss aspirers are easily confused by the different diets on the market. Paleo, intermittent fasting, keto, etc—they all claim to be the best, but which should you actually follow?
The answer isn’t as sexy as the diets mentioned above, but it’s true nonetheless…
Hate to break it to you, but there is no such thing as “one-diet-fits-all.”
That’s because you need a diet that takes into account your body and your goals. It’s like buying a suit: you could settle on that oversized coat off the rack, or you can tailor one to fit your body shape perfectly.
