It All Depends On YOU
Hate to break it to you, but there is no such thing as “one-diet-fits-all.”
That’s because you need a diet that takes into account your body and your goals. It’s like buying a suit: you could settle on that oversized coat off the rack, or you can tailor one to fit your body shape perfectly.
So how would you go about creating the “perfect” diet? Here’s a quick checklist to use as a starting point:
- What are my goals? — What type of body do you want? How do you want to feel about yourself?
- What kind of nutrition do I need to reach my goals? — More proteins? Less trans fats?
- Which foods do I need to eat to get there? Which foods should I cut out?
