Warm Up
Jumping Jacks
High Knees
Invisible Jump Rope – basically, do the jumping and swinging arm movements you make when you’re actually jumping rope!
Superman – Lay on the floor on your stomach with your arms extended out in front of you. Simultaneously raise your arms, legs, and chest off the floor. Briefly hold the pose, release, and repeat.

Exercise #1
Quick Feet – Stand with your feet shoulder width apart and your hips low. Move your weight to the balls of your feet and run in place quickly.

Exercise #2
Push Press – Stand holding a pair of dumbbells just above your shoulders with your arms bent and palms facing each other. Bend your knees and then push up with your legs as you lift the weights straight above your shoulders.
