    The moment where you test your endurance and ask yourself, “How bad do I want it?”

    Get ready to work your muscles, this 15 minute workout packs a punch. Lunges and planks and box jumps, oh my!

    Fitbody Bootcamp

    Warm Up

    Jog in Place

    High Knees

    Walking Lunges

    Crunches

     

    Time: 4 minutes

    Repeat: 2x

    Transition Time: 40 seconds

    Time at End of Warm Up: 4:40

     

    Suspension Station

    Primary Movement: Low Row

    Secondary Movement: Walk out (inch worm) Push Up

     

    Time: 3 minutes

    Repeat: 3x

    Transition Time: 30 seconds

    Time at End of Station: 8:10

     

    Rope Station

    Primary Movement: Middle, Side, Side Slams

    Secondary Movement: Plank Spider Mans

     

    Time: 3 minutes

    Repeat: 3x

    Transition Time: 30 seconds

    Time at End of Station: 11:40

    Primary Movement: Box Jump (30 sec)

    Secondary Movement: Prisoner Jump Lunge
