The great thing about the fruit category is that it’s so diverse on the flavor spectrum, you can replace a fruit you don’t like with one you do. Plus, they’re inexpensive and are healthier alternatives to desserts with spoonfuls of processed sugar.

    Fruit Medley

    Ingredients

    • 1 white nectarine, chopped
    • 1 pear, chopped
    • 1 tablespoon chopped pecans
    • 1 tablespoon chopped dates
    • Dash of cinnamon

    Instructions

    • Mix the nectarine, pear, pecans, and dates in a medium sized bowl.
    • Sprinkle with cinnamon and mix until well-coated.
