When you find yourself slumped on the couch debating whether or not you really need to workout, start with baby steps.
- Put your workout clothes on.
- Put your shoes on.
- Go outside.
Just by doing these steps, you’re already conquering the hardest part of exercising – getting started.
And even if you get dressed and still can’t find the motivation to head out the door, just being dressed the part will help you feel more energized than before.
