    Workout of the Week: Tone Those Triceps!

    Don’t you want to flex your triceps with pride?

    I know you do! Today’s workout brings those “tris” into focus!

    Your tricep, bicep, and forearm muscles need to be strong if you want toned, sexy arms. A lot of people tend to favor bicep workouts, but your triceps and forearms are just as important!

    You’ll hit the battle ropes and resistance bands, in addition to some plyo and free weight exercises. All of these stations will work your arms in different ways, so don’t skip any of them!

    Cheers to the sculpted future “you”—a boss with beautiful arms! To think, you won’t need to spend hours at the bench press or on an arm press machine to see results. Now that’s the kind of workout anyone could go for!

    Fitbody Bootcamp

    Warm Up

    Jog in Place

    Alternating Forward Lunges in Place

    High Knees

    Jumping Jacks

     

    Time: 2 minutes

    Repeat: 2x

    Transition Time: 30 seconds

    Time at End of Warm Up: 2:30

     

    Suspension Station

    Primary Movement: 45 Degree Row

    Secondary Movement: Inchworm Push Up

     

    Time: 3 minutes

    Repeat: 3x

    Transition Time: 30 seconds

    Time at End of Station: 6:00

     

    Rope Station

    Primary Movement: Both Arm Ripples

    Secondary Movement: Plank Ups (forearm->hand)

     

    Time: 3 minutes

    Repeat: 3x

    Transition Time: 30 seconds

    Time at End of Station: 9:30

     

    Plyo Station

    Primary Movement: Triceps Dips

    Secondary Movement: Plank (Opposite Knee->Elbow) + 1 Push Up

     

    Time: 3 minutes

    Repeat: 3x

    Transition Time: 30 seconds

    Time at End of Station: 13:00

     

    Free Weight Station

    Primary Movement: Curl + Press + Triceps Extensions

    Secondary Movement: Burpees

     

    Time: 3 minutes

    Repeat: 3x

    Transition Time: 30 seconds

    Time at End of Workout: 16:30
