    Man, the lower body is busy!

    It’s tough to find workouts that hit most (if not all) of these major areas. Let’s be real: toned legs are perfect for laying out poolside or on some silky smooth beach sand.

    I’m sure you’d also want strong legs for other fun summer activities such as mountain biking, swimming, hiking, climbing, you name it.

    Today’s short workout is going to help you tone your legs AND shed some fat! How can it get better than that?
