    Leg day anyone?

    Wouldn’t it be really nice to show off your legs? I mean we DO spend most of our days walking to and from places anyways…

    Just imagine the ultra confidence you’ll tote when you can strut those strong and sexy legs anywhere you go!

    So what’s the first step you should take? Try running through today’s workout!

    We prepared some thrusters, squat jumps, burpees featuring spiderman push-ups, and more for you leg-strengthening pleasure!

    Fitbody Bootcamp

     

    Warm Up

    Inchworms

    Donkey Kicks (x2)

    High Knees

     

    Time: 3 minutes

    Repeat: 2x

    Transition Time: 30 seconds

    Time at End of Warm Up: 3:30

     

    Station #1

    20 Squat Jumps

    20 Thrusters

    20 Russian Twist (each)

    20 Lateral Plyo Step-Overs (10/10)

     

    Time: 2 minutes

    Repeat: 2x

    Transition Time: 30 seconds

    Time at End of Station: 8:30

     

    Station #2

    15 Dumbbell Alternating Upright Rows + Front Raises

    10 Dumbbell Squat Presses

    5 Burpees (With Spiderman Push-Ups)

     

    Time: 2 minutes

    Repeat: 2x

    Transition Time: 30 seconds

    Time at End of Workout: 13:30

     

    Note: If you don’t have any dumbbells at home, find two items of equal weight that you can comfortably grip and lift!

    Note: If you don’t have a plyo box at home, try using a sturdy stool instead!
