It is tank top season, after all. You want to look good wearing your favorite sleeveless t-shirt or tank in the hot weather, and adding that extra arm muscle can do the trick for you.
This one’s another “every minute on the minute” workout. Complete 3 exercises in 3 minutes (1 per minute), then rest on the fourth minute. Do 3 rounds of this to really bake in that arm burn.
