The crunch is a simple core exercise. However, you can mix up the type of crunches you do for a creative ab-carving workout. Use this workout as a template to form your own 15-minute core burner!

Jack Squat
Mountain Climbers
High Knees
Bicycle Crunches
Time: 2 minutes
Repeat: 2x
Transition Time: 30 seconds
Time at End of Warm Up: 2:30
Station #1
Primary Movement: Normal Crunches
Secondary Movement: Jump Lunge, Lunge, Squat
Time: 3 minutes
Repeat: 3x
Transition Time: 30 seconds
Time at End of Station: 6:00
Station #2
Primary Movement: Bicycle Crunches
Secondary Movement: Jump Lunge, Lunge, Squat
Time: 3 minutes
Repeat: 3x
Transition Time: 30 seconds
Time at End of Station: 9:30
Freestyle Workouts
Dumbbell Man Makers – Dumbbells in push-up position; alternate lifting arms
Spidermans – Push-up position; bring one leg out and in, then alternate to the other leg
Dumbbell Lateral Raises – Dumbbells at sides; lift to straight out on each side
Dumbbell Sky Crunches – Feet straight up; try to touch your toes!
Time: 6 minutes
Repeat: 3x
Transition Time: 1 minute
