So the next time you’re sore, embrace it as a sign that you’re on the right track, recognize the areas of your body that aren’t sore (if you did legs one day, your arms probably don’t feel that sore), and work out those areas so you can maximize your results.
“I’m not fit like HER. How do you expect me to get fit like her?”
Been there, done that.
If you walk into any “Big Box” gym around the country, you’ll see women with ripped abs, toned waists, and curvy figures. It’s easy to think that you could never be just like them…
Why not?
All those fit people didn’t just hop out of the womb with six packs and arms of steel. They worked for it!
