    This Privacy Notice applies to the use of the “Fit Body Booking” mobile application (the “App”), which is operated and offered by Fit Body Boot Camp (“we”, “our”, or “us”). The App allows users to schedule and manage fitness services provided by our company and affiliated locations.

    This App is powered by software developed by Fit Pro Tracker, Inc. (“FPT”), a third-party technology provider. While FPT supports the technical infrastructure behind the App, Fit Body Boot Camp is the sole data controller and responsible party for the collection and use of all personal information via this App.
