Ingredients
- 8 oz. of fresh green beans
- 2 teaspoons of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons of brown rice vinegar
- 3 tablespoons diced yellow onion
- A dash of salt and pepper
Instructions
- Steam the green beans until they’re soft, yet also a tad crunchy.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the remaining ingredients. Add the green beans and toss together.
- Transfer the beans to a serving dish. Enjoy!
