Ingredients

  • 8 oz. of fresh green beans
  • 2 teaspoons of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons of brown rice vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons diced yellow onion
  • A dash of salt and pepper

 

Instructions

  1. Steam the green beans until they’re soft, yet also a tad crunchy.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the remaining ingredients. Add the green beans and toss together.
  3. Transfer the beans to a serving dish. Enjoy!
