We have a great bunch of certified personal trainers on staff to help you succeed. As long as you follow their coaching during the workouts and take their advice afterward, you'll do great.

The workouts function in a fast-paced and energetic group environment. The passion and positivity of our trainers spreads throughout the group and creates a truly fun, stress-free place to work out. Our community from Vancouver, Marpole and Kerrisdale will also provide you with an abundance of support and motivation.

Outside of gym hours, our trainers are happy to advise you on the other factors of getting in shape. Among other things, this includes goal setting and diet. It's important to set the right goals that are both ambitious and reasonable, and we enjoy lending our expert wisdom to help you get that done right.
