About Our Fitness Boot Camp

We don't believe in wasting your time. We've put together a fast-paced workout using High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and Active Rest Training. This fierce combo cuts right to the point and lets you walk out the door feeling energized and powerful in just half an hour.

Previous fitness experience is NOT required. You don't have to bring any knowledge to the gym — that's our job! We have a certified personal trainer leading every session, so you'll learn form and technique from their expert instruction. They'll also help you with goal-setting, accountability, motivation, and confidence. Our trainers have seen it all. They know the emotional journey can be just as tough as the physical one and they're committed to helping you in every way possible.

We've also got a nutritionist on staff who will help you choose a meal plan that aligns with your goals, and a fun, supportive community that will help you stay motivated and accountable. Diet and effective exercise are a model for fitness success, but it only works if you stay on track.
