About Our Fitness Boot Camp in Ontario

Our fitness boot camp is a fun, exciting way to get fit and reach your goals! Our signature Afterburn workouts are intense, fun, and change every time to keep your body guessing.

Our unique workouts are based on high intensity interval training and keep your body burning fat and calories for up to 32 hours after the workout is complete!

Each workout is led by a certified personal trainer, giving you all the benefits of one-on-one personal training without the high cost. Our trainers are here to challenge you but also accommodate your fitness level. They offer modifications for every fitness level, ensuring you are being safe and effective with each move. As you advance and grow stronger, we'll modify your workout to continue challenging you.

Making fitness convenient is a major perk of our boot camp. Each workout is 30 minutes long, with classes available in the mornings and evenings. Whether you are an early morning person, or need to stop by on your way home from work, we make it easy to fit a workout in.

To go hand-in-hand with our workouts, our nutritionists can help you create a personalized meal plan. Learning to change your eating habits for weight loss can be difficult, but our professionals make it easy and applicable for your life.

Any fitness journey is incomplete without motivation. It takes a lot of personal motivation and external support to remain focused on your goals.
