Our Afterburn workouts are based on a combination of high intensity interval training, or HIIT, and Active Rest Training. Our workouts are designed to burn fat at twice the rate of a typical workout while building lean muscle which means no bulk! Best of all, your body will be burning fat at a higher rate for up to 32 hours post workout!
