You can expect to burn twice the fat and get results fast with our Afterburn workouts. Each workout is 30 minutes long and is based on a combination of high intensity interval training, or HIIT, and Active Rest Training. These workouts not only help rev your metabolism to burn fat, but also help you sculpt lean muscles.
We have workout blocks available both in the mornings and evenings, so you can fit in your workout no matter your schedule. We hope to make fitness fun, affordable, and convenient for everyone.
