As soon as you step into one of our 30-minute Afterburn workout sessions, it's hard not to get swept up in the energy and excitement of the people around you. Everyone here is discovering a strength they never knew they had. Each session is led by TWO experienced personal trainers (and nutritional coaches) who will take your fitness and ultimate goals into account so they may dial-in the workout just for you.
In addition to a great environment and personalized attention from our fitness professionals, there is an even bigger benefit to our fitness boot camp — the results. Thanks to our unique combination of Active Rest Training and High Intensity Interval Training, we can help you burn twice as many calories as a regular gym session.
Our focus is on developing lean muscle for a trim and toned look that will leave you feeling powerful without building bulk. You'll also feel more energized, and your metabolism will keep working at a higher rate for up to 32 hours. In addition, we provide nutrition coaching so you can keep making the best choices for your body in between your workout sessions with us!

With the help of Fit Body Boot Camp, I had exceeded my overall goals. I wanted to lose 30 pounds and ended up losing 37.5. My body fat percentage went from 28.9% to 18.2% and I lost 35.55 inches overall. My confidence is through the roof and I feel better about myself than I have ever before.
