We developed our signature workout formula, Afterburn, by combining two research-backed training methods for the most effective and sustainable weight loss we’ve ever encountered: High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and Active Rest Training. They work together to decrease body fat, increase strength and endurance, increase athletic performance, and improve your overall health. Our group workouts in Rockwall bring people together to get fit, have fun, and achieve real results.
High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) alternates short, intense bursts of exercise with brief recovery periods to kick your metabolism into high gear and keep it elevated for up to 36 hours after your workout. That means your body continues burning calories even while you sleep! Each HIIT session challenges you to push hard during every burst, with strategically timed rests to allow recovery. The core elements of HIIT are maximum effort, short duration, and minimal rest. When you join our group workouts in Rockwall, every session is designed to stay exciting and fast-paced. Those 30 minutes will fly by as your mind and body are constantly engaged with new movements and challenges. Our skilled fitness coaches continually innovate, ensuring every class is motivating and fresh. HIIT is especially effective for weight loss because it boosts metabolism and builds lean muscle. Research shows that incorporating Active Rest into your workouts speeds up post-exercise recovery.
