Hi! My name is Erin Klein. I have had a passion for helping others my entire life, and I love being fit and healthy. I want everyone I meet to experience the feeling of confidence they will get from being physically fit, and I want to help others feel what it is like to truly love their body.
As a child, you would have never guessed my path would lead me here. I was the kid in school that couldn’t pass any of the physical fitness tests. I struggled and stressed over completing a mile run in school! It was awful! This continued through most of my young adult life with various stops and starts of different exercise strategies that were all on my own.
Fast forward to 2013, I had twin baby boys in January and was suffering from serious postpartum baby blues. After talking with my doctor and a counselor, I found the number one thing that helped me feel good and get back to the “normal” Erin was exercise. I started going to the gym to walk on the treadmill for 30 minutes a day. That is when I got bitten by the fitness bug! I LOVED the way I felt after just walking that I was ready to take it to the next level. I started working out with a trainer a few days a week. There are so many benefits to working with a professional fitness instructor who is helping you achieve results. In addition, I signed up to run an 8k! I was fully committed. The changes in my body were amazing, but the most astounding change was how I felt inside! I was confident with my body and found a happiness that I had not known. As a mom of four boys, I also realized the importance of making time to take care of myself. Setting aside 30 minutes a day to exercise had ripple effects in my life, not only did I feel better personally, but I was a happier more energetic mom with my boys!
Another piece of the puzzle… FOOD! I am a true foodie at heart. In the past I have definitely fallen into the group of “workout so I can eat whatever I want.” Now that I am older, that doesn’t work so well anymore! Healthy eating can be very confusing. Finding a balance of healthy food that is enjoyable and achieves weight loss results can be even more challenging!
While maintaining my ideal weight can be a struggle, I have found with the right nutrition and HIIT training I have been able to remain at a healthy weight. I really wanted to help others realize their abilities and gain confidence, just as I did, and that is when I found Fit Body Boot Camp and the Unstoppable Fitness Formula. Their dedication to changing the lives of others is perfectly in line with the services I want to provide.We now bring you Greenbrier Fit Body Boot Camp, and will strive to provide you the same results as other Fit Body Boot Camps have provided around the world! We are a results driven fitness studio, and our trainers will push and motivate you to be proud of your abilities every time you come! I am so thankful to have the opportunity to do what I love, and love what I do. Our studio is for all fitness levels, and we want every member to feel as though they are a part of our family.
