At Fit Body Boot Camp, our fitness classes are not “classes” in the traditional sense, but results-driven, sessions focused on weight loss and body toning.


Our signature 30-minute Afterburn workouts combine High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) with Active Rest Training to produce fun workouts that burn twice the calories in half the time and keep your metabolism running at a higher rate for up to 36 hours post workout.

At Moore Fit Body Boot Camp, we have 30-minute HIIT (high intensity interval training) workouts available in the mornings and evenings. We call them Afterburn workouts, due to the fact that they rev your metabolism and keep it raised for more than 24 hours. You can burn fat for the rest of the day!

Many women worry about bulking up too much when they begin a fitness journey. Our unique program focuses on burning fat while sculpting lean muscles. You will look fit and toned, rather than bulky.

To go along with your workouts, we recommend that you meet with one of our nutritionists. They can help you formulate a healthy meal plan that will allow your body to reveal its hard work.
