About Bryce Henson & Tatiana Lassance
Bryce Henson and Tatiana Lassance are owners of Mission Viejo FBBC, and Fitness/Functional Aging Experts. Having over 10+ years of experience in the fitness industry and having owned 5 fitness and wellness facilities in California and Michigan, their passion is helping adults get the most out of their later years and life! They are both certified as Personal Trainers by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), Fit Body Certified Coaches, Functional Aging Specialists which is accredited by the Functional Aging Institute and CPR/AED/First Aid Certified.
Bryce is originally from Atlanta, Georgia but spent most of his adult life in California. He is a graduate of Michigan State University and was certified by NASM in 2009. He speaks Brazilian Portuguese, enjoys world travel and is an author/motivational speaker.
Tatiana is originally from Rio de Janeiro but spent most of her life in Florianopolis, Brazil. She is a graduate of John Carroll University in Cleveland, Ohio and earned her Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from Fundacao Getulio Vargas in Florianopolis, Brazil. She is fluent in Brazilian Portuguese and English and enjoys playing soccer, doing spartan races, traveling and relaxing at the beach!
