About Our Franchise Owner: Jen Floyd

Hi! My name is Jen Floyd. I am a 2008 Olympian who dedicated my life after college to the pursuit of physical excellence in the sport of rowing. I retired in 2011 and continued my dedication to physical fitness through CrossFit, coaching and personal training.

My journey in the sport of rowing began my senior year of college. I loved the challenge of it, being around the water, the individual discipline required and the teamwork that was needed to help make the boat move efficiently and fast.

As an Olympian, I have a burning passion for pushing boundaries and achieving the extraordinary. I've experienced the transformative power of discipline, dedication, and hard work. This passion has become the driving force behind Plainfield Commons Fit Body Boot Camp, where we strive to create an environment that nurtures both physical and mental well-being.

Having represented the United States on the world's grandest sporting stage, I understand the importance of setting and surpassing personal goals. The same principles that guided me to the Olympics are woven into the fabric of Plainfield Commons Fit Body Boot Camp, inspiring individuals to embrace challenges and unlock their full potential.
