For as long as I can remember, I was your stereotypical fat kid. I wasn’t very active at all and overate a good deal of the time, and I would get way in over my head with chocolate or candy when it was around. Fast forward a few years, I had some routine blood work done, and when the results came back it was a nightmare. I was told that my cholesterol was dangerously high. The way the doctor told me about it made me freak out and go into an enormous panic. I ended up putting myself through an intense and uneducated diet to control my levels. While I may have hit my goals in terms of cholesterol, I had inadvertently wrecked my body and the systems that keep it going. My hormones were all over the place, I felt tired all the time, and I even felt like I was falling apart at times. I truly had no idea what good nutrition was, only going off of what I had heard from TV or articles I read. These sources lead me in the WRONG direction.
Since then I began to learn more about fitness and holistic health. I became a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and an Original Strength Coach Level 2. I discovered that many of the negative health issues people are NOT life sentences. They can be changed and improved. I feverishly put these ideals into practice for myself and started educating my family as much as I could. My family is my everything, and I couldn’t sit back knowing that I could help them live better.

I want to help parents and grandparents keep up with their kids and grandkids while playing, and help them be a role models of better living. I want to help everyone-no matter who you are or the circumstances around you-realize that they deserve a full, happy, productive life without limitations.
I now bring you Lindenhurst Fit Body Boot Camp, and I will strive to provide you with the same results that other Fit Body Boot Camps have provided around the world! We are a results-driven fitness studio, and our trainers will push and motivate you to be proud of your abilities every time you come in! I am so thankful to have the opportunity to do what I love and love what I do. Our studio is for all fitness levels, and we want every member to feel as though they are a part of our family.
