Hello! We are Lance and Angie Jennings, a blended family with four children: Aleia and Ashton Jennings, Austin and Dylan Cluck. Along with our son, Dylan, we are excited to bring you a community environment to work on your fitness and health! We have a love for sports and fitness, and a love for people, and are bringing that together to help YOU become a better version of yourself.
Lance was an athlete as a young man, participating in football, basketball, swimming, golf, and karate. He has a love of anything outdoors and as an adult, transitioned from the sports arena to the gym. With his background in being raised in a family business, he is excited to start one of his own!
Angie, a former basketball player who competed at the college level, is a typical middle-aged woman who has struggled with balancing family responsibilities and maintaining her physical health. She has faced ongoing challenges with weight gain that came after having children, experiencing a journey of yo-yo dieting and weight gain/loss that is common in her demographic. Despite the difficulties, she firmly believes that it’s crucial for everyone to prioritize taking care of their physical bodies, as it has a significant impact on one’s spiritual, emotional, and mental well-being.
Dylan is a former basketball player who has struggled with self-image and not having confidence in how he looked. He has found that his journey in fitness has contributed to being more confident and wants to help others find that same confidence. As a teenager, he was involved in a life-threatening car accident that caused him injuries he will feel the rest of his life. Through this experience, he developed a profound sense of compassion for those who endure injuries and pain. He aims to inspire you to remain dedicated to your health, even when faced with difficulties, and demonstrate that there are always adjustments you can make to attain the health benefits of fitness.
