At Fit Body Boot Camp, our fitness classes are not “classes” in the traditional sense, but results-driven, high-energy sessions focused on weight loss & body toning. At its core, we deliver personal training in a group setting.
My name is Jason Paulateer, and my relationship with fitness has been both personal and transformative yet complicated. After the heartbreaking loss of my newborn son in 1996, Ive struggled with my weight for many years. But as I’ve grown older, I’ve come to realize just how vital health and mobility are to living a full life and the role that regular exercise plays into that!
About ten years ago, I joined a Facebook weight loss challenge and lost 70 pounds. What made the difference was not just the workouts—it was the camp-style energy and the community of people all fighting the same battles together. When that gym closed during the pandemic, my fitness routine slipped away. Slowly, the weight came back, along with aches and pains I hadn’t felt when I was active.
In May 2024, I joined Bloomfield Hills Fit Body Boot Camp through another Facebook challenge, and it felt like coming home. I rediscovered the fun, the accountability, and the supportive environment that I’d been missing. Most importantly, I found myself again—stronger, healthier, and more confident. Today, I’m not just working out; I’m living proof of how fitness can transform both body and spirit, and my journey continues.
My goal is simple: to share the same gift of fitness that changed my life. As we age, it becomes harder to maintain mobility, confidence, and energy. I want people in my community to experience the freedom and strength that comes from moving their bodies and pushing beyond limits they didn’t think possible.
That’s why we purchased Bloomfield Hills Fit Body Boot Camp. Our studio is a place for EVERY fitness level—whether you’re starting fresh or looking to elevate your routine. We combine proven, results-driven boot camp workouts with an uplifting, family-like atmosphere. Our coaches are here to motivate, encourage, and remind you of what you are capable of every time you walk through our doors
This is more than a gym. It’s a community where we build strength, resilience, and confidence together. I’m grateful to do what I love, and even more grateful to help others fall in love with their health, their fitness, and ultimately themselves.
