The method works using High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and Active Rest Training to ramp up your metabolism and increase your energy with a fast-paced half hour of exhilarating, full-body exercises. We help you build lean muscle and achieve huge fat loss.
Your convenience is our top priority, which is why we offer these sessions in the early morning and evening. You don’t have to upend your day or cancel anything important to join us for an amazing workout. These compact 30-minute workouts can fit in whenever you have time.
We support you through these workouts with an amazing crew of certified personal trainers. Their elite coaching is on par with what you’d receive in a typical one-one-one personal training session in a conventional gym.
