Most importantly, the fast-paced nature of the workouts attacks your metabolism and raises it to great effect. You’ll finish the workout stronger and more energetic than you started, and your body will be set up to keep on burning away the fat. In fact, you can continue losing fat and adding lean muscle for over 30 hours after you’re done exercising!
