About Benjamin Jones

Hi, my name is Benjamin Jones and I am a certified personal trainer and nutritionist.

I went to Arizona State University to become a dietitian receiving my Bachelors in Dietetics (nutrition), hold personal training certifications through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, National Federation of Professional Trainers, am TRX Suspension Training Certified, and was an Army Fitness Instructor training soldiers for combat ready fitness.

I have also worked in cancer genetics as a consultant to clinicians to help screen for and prevent cancer due to hereditary predispositions. I have worked with hundreds of people over the years to help them achieve their fitness goals and maintain good health.

I tell you my education and experience so you know that when you come to me and the other trainers here at Fit Body Boot Camp, you are getting the absolute best experience, most effective workouts, clinically based nutrition counseling, and will be part of the best fitness program ever invented (You have to try it to find out why). With our other locations in the Phoenix area, we have already helped 100’s of people lose multiple thousands of pounds of fat. That means they completely changed their lives!

Over the years I have worked in many different areas in the fitness industry, tried many crazy workout and nutrition plans, and my passion for health all started because I was an overweight kid.

When I was in junior high I finally decided that enough was enough. I started eating healthy and exercising in 8th grade and since then it has become my passion and career. I fine-tuned the latest exercise and nutrition research to help other people change their lives just I had done many years ago. This lead to me starting my personal training business in my garage and now it has turned into multiple Fit Body Boot Camp locations in Gilbert, Mesa, Tempe and more.
