About Tara Fritz

Hi! My name is Tara Fritz. I have had a passion for helping others my entire life, and I love being fit and healthy. I want to help everyone I meet experience the feeling of confidence they will get from being physically fit, and I want to help others feel what it is like to truly love their body.

I went to Western Michigan University and majored in finance. After earning my MBA, I held various financial analyst roles in different industries. After many years of not feeling passionate about my career, I determined that I didn’t feel fulfilled. That’s when I decided to combine my love of fitness, health, helping others, and business to create Gull Road Fit Body Boot Camp.

My fitness journey began when I was young, from working out at home with my mom to playing a wide range of sports. I have always been active and focused on my overall health. The more active I was, the more I loved it. However, college and the daily corporate grind took a toll on my health. In preparation for my wedding, I started working out again, which reignited my passion for exercise. Pretty soon, it became a part of my lifestyle.

After watching myself, my friends, and my family struggle with health challenges, I felt inspired to provide my community with a healthy living solution that would help them take full control of their health. This is why I want to help others now. Healthy eating can be very confusing, and maintaining the correct form while exercising is difficult without the help of a fitness professional.

I have changed a lot over the past decade, but my love for health and fitness is stronger than ever! As I get older, it is more difficult to maintain my ideal weight, but I have been able to remain healthy with the right nutrition and HIIT training. I really wanted to help others realize their abilities and gain confidence, just as I have. That’s when I found Fit Body Boot Camp and the Unstoppable Fitness Formula. Fit Body’s dedication to changing the lives of others is perfectly in line with the services I want to provide.

We now bring you Gull Road Fit Body Boot Camp, and we will strive to provide you with the same results that other Fit Body Boot Camps have provided around the world! We are a results-driven fitness studio, and our trainers will push and motivate you to be proud of your abilities every time you come in! I am so thankful to have the opportunity to do what I love and love what I do. Our studio is for all fitness levels, and we want every member to feel as though they are a part of our family. We look forward to helping you in your fitness journey.
