At Appleton Fit Body Boot Camp, we want to make it as convenient as possible for people to make time for their health, their happiness, and their well-being! We offer 30-minute group training sessions that you can choose to do in the morning or the evening, based on your schedule and needs.
Each fitness boot camp workout is run by a certified coach who, as well as leading the group, will also provide personal modifications to make sure you're pushing yourself in all the right ways. Our sessions combine High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and Active Rest Training for a workout that burns more calories, boosts your metabolism, and delivers results faster than conventional training methods.
We'll also provide nutritional guidance that actually make sense for your goals and lifestyle, so you can skip the vicious cycle of yo-yo diets for good.

Over these past 8 weeks, I have become healthier, set a positive role model for my children, and gained friendships I couldn’t make anywhere else. All this happened without me even noticing. As icing on the cake, I lost 33lbs and 7.8% body fat and I’m not done yet!
