Hello future family of Pelham Fit Body Boot Camp!

A little bit about us. We are happily married and have 3 fun, energetic, and beautiful little boys. Our passion for health and fitness is what brought us together for our very first date in 2013! As we grew our family, we went through a season of putting the babies first 100% of the time, and put ourselves on the back burner!

Although we wouldn’t trade those years, we have seen first hand, “you can’t pour from an empty cup”. We began focusing on our health and fitness again and began working on being the best versions of ourselves! We are so excited to help our members reach their health and fitness goals and improve their self-confidence to become the best version of themselves!

What you will quickly learn about Fit Body is that we are not like other gyms. The small group workouts are intense, effective, fun, and only 30 minutes. Our certified coaches customize different workouts every day, so you’re challenged and never bored. We believe our fitness program is perfect for busy moms, dads, 9-to-5ers, students, or just someone who likes to save time. And on top of that, our location offers a complimentary kid’s room!

Our mission is to provide a fun, family friendly space where everyone can count on a great workout. Our studio is for all fitness levels, and we want every member to feel as though they are a part of our family.
