Hello, beautiful people!

I’m Rachel, the owner of Diamond Bar Fit Body Boot Camp. My family and friends are my first and second loves, but fitness is my third! As you can probably tell, I enjoy working out more than most things. Believe me, that wasn’t always the case. Like so many women today, I suffered from a low self-image and a lack of inner confidence. Growing up, skinny seemed to be the only acceptable body type and the things we had to do to keep up with this standard were difficult.

In my late 20s, my metabolism started to slow down which made it harder to lose weight and keep the weight off once it was lost. I started with adding exercise into my daily routine and began paying attention to my nutrition. As time went on, I managed to not only transform my lifestyle but learned to shift my focus from the way I looked to the way my body felt. As it turns out, when you consistently provide yourself with the proper nutrients, exercise, and rest, the body you desire appears on its own. Even after becoming a mother, I feel stronger now than I did in my 20s. I still love to eat and enjoy downtime with my loves, but always keep health and fitness deeply imprinted into every day. I have tried many types of workouts over the years and found that repetitive workouts bore me. There’s one thing I want to stress, doing something once in a while is not what shapes our lives. That kind of transformation comes from what we put effort into consistently. If you don’t enjoy the workout routine you have, you won’t stick to it and will probably quit. I am proud to have found an unstoppable combination of resistance, interval cardio, nutrition, and the Afterburn Effect. When blended, they provide maximum results!

I enjoy my workout routine so much, that my body craves it when I’ve taken too long of a break. Group fitness classes are my favorite! The group setting incorporates different workouts every day and there is always a slight competitive element that adds a little spice! Not to mention, the workouts only last 30 minutes! Anyone can do anything for thirty minutes, why not something that benefits your health? You get in, give it your all, and get on with your day!

It took some time to find my calling, and even longer to do something about it. My experiences taught me that I want to change lives through fitness the way it has changed both my mother’s life and mine. I can finally say that Diamond Bar Fit Body Boot Camp is now open! Our mission and values revolve around encouraging change one community at a time. I believe that once the change begins within, everyone can achieve even greater things outside of the gym. Everyone has a unique fitness journey and possesses an inner strength that makes them capable of doing hard things. I look forward to hearing your stories and being a part of your journey to your best selves! I can’t wait to meet you!
