Hi! I’m Courtney Flores, owner/operator of Fayetteville Fit Body Boot Camp. I have had a passion for health and fitness almost my entire life! I learned from a young age how important it is to be physically, mentally and emotionallystrong and I have spent my life in pursuit of that strength. I also believe that every person has a purpose in life andmy unique purpose is to empower others to find and develop their own strength so that they can take control of theirlives and live up to their potential. By taking control of your physical health and fitness, you develop mindsets and behaviors that positively influence your mental and emotional health as well. I want everyone who walks through our doors to develop strong, powerful, capable and resilient attitudes that give them the courage and confidence they need to love their body, love their life, and live it to its fullest.

At Fayetteville Fit Body Boot Camp, we are dedicated to providing you with the same results that other Fit Body Boot Camps have provided around the world! We are a results driven fitness studio made up of a team of coaches that truly desire to make a difference in others lives and in our community. Our coaches will be there to motivate you, hold you accountable, and celebrate your wins every step of the way! Our studio is for all fitness levels and we want every member to feel as though they are part of our family.
