Jay grew up playing many sports and performing fitness training with different teams. Through sports, he learned to love fitness at a young age and that love grew over the years. Throughout high school, he challenged himself daily in the gym and encouraged others to join him on his fitness journey. This love for fitness and passion for helping others, lead Jay to pursue a degree in Exercise Science at Boise State University and accompany that education with multiple Personal Training Certifications.

Jay has been a Personal Trainer for over ten years and has owned his own gym in Idaho for six years before moving to South Carolina. He has experience working with every type of client and has literally helped thousands of clients lose weight, build muscle, move pain free, and find enjoyment in working out. Throughout these years, Jay has developed the ideal training program for fat loss, muscle gain, and injury prevention. The formula consists of weight training mixed with high intensity interval training. This powerful combination has not only produced amazing results for him, but thousands of others.

When Jay discovered Fit Body Boot Camp and the Unstoppable Fitness Formula, he wanted to be a part of it. After learning about the Fit Body philosophy and dedication to changing lives, he knew it was the perfect fit and would allow him to make a huge impact on his community. Jay’s passion for helping others achieve their health and fitness goals is evident in his approach and effort. Your goals become his goals!
