My name is Paul Sabella, I’m very excited to bring you Wilmington’s most energizing, fun, indoor boot camp, that’s guaranteed to deliver results! My team and i are passionate about helping you achieve your health and fitness goals, if your looking for a fitness boot camp, or a personal trainer then this is the place for you!

I hold a Exercise & Sports Science degree from East Carolina University, certified thru the National Aerobics Fitness Trainers Association, and a member of America College of Sports Medicine. I have over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry, and have helped 100’s and 100’s of people reach there health and fitness goals.

Unfortunately, there is only so many hours in a day and realized that i can only help so many people as a one on one trainer. That is when I discovered Fit Body Boot Camp, and their unstoppable fitness formula. Sam is a Personal Trainer through National Academy of Sports Medicine and a Registered Yoga Instructor since 2013. She attends UNCW as a student of Exercise Science and Biology. Sam has studied martial arts (hap ki do & taekwondo) since 2008 under the teachings of Grand Master Richardson; she holds two 1st Dan Black Belts. Outside of these passions Sam can most often be found surfing or adventuring in nature. Intrigued by the depth in ability of the mind and body She hopes to bring others into their most natural state of being through health and wellness.



Hey! My name is Cody Ketchum I was born and raised on Topsail Island. Since I was a teenager, I knew health and wellness was one of the keys to having a fulfilling life and wanted to share its importance to everyone around me. I graduated from Topsail High School in 2011 and recently graduated from East Carolina University with a B.S. as a Health and Fitness Specialist. I am a Certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise. It is my plan to keep the already existing fun and enjoyable environment at Fit Body Boot Camp while still producing the results you want from your workouts. It is with high hopes and aspirations that I pursue my passion of making a true impact in the lives of others whom I am privileged to work with. Since I am always looking to meet knew people and make new friends, If I have not had the pleasure of meeting you yet come say hello.


Hello, my name is Jonathan Roberts, I was born and raised here in the great city of Wilmington, and my personal training certification is through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Naturally, I am an energetic person. I enjoy using this quality in my training sessions because I want to help people make the most of their time with me in order for them to accomplish the goals that they have set out for themselves. If someone wants to invest a portion of their day into me in the form of time, I do not want them to doubt for a second that they are not getting the most out of it. I want those training with me to leave the gym feeling excited and eager for the next training session because of the results that they see and the fun that they are having while doing so. One of my favorite parts of working in the fitness industry is seeing the results of those who apply themselves to living healthier lives, especially when I have helped them through the challenges. I want to enable people to have a better quality of life because of the work that they put in.

My name is Evan Kauffman and I have been an athlete my whole life starting at the early age of three when I first began swimming competitively. I went on to swim for fifteen years through high school. At Hoggard High School, I earned the distinction of all conference four years in a row. I also picked up various other sports throughout my life including baseball which I played for eight years.

Three years ago, I picked up on a new and upcoming sport called OCR (Obstacle Course Racing). My favorite of the OCR series are Spartan races. Since then I have run 30+ Spartan races. My most difficult races have been the Spartan Ultra Beast, which included completing 26+ miles and 60+ obstacles, usually on a mountain. For the past year I have helped create OutsideTheBoxFitness, an outdoor fitness program where we specialize in OCR training. I have used all my past athletic experience to become a Certified Personal Trainer from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). I have been in the fitness field for three years now, and enjoy working with people who are ready to change their lifestyle through health and fitness. It is my passion and lifestyle and I love sharing it with others. I have extended knowledge in group training, OCR, functional strength and sports conditioning. I look forward to working with you in all aspects of your fitness goals and needs.

Alex Is a Certified Fitness Trainer, Les Mills BODYPUMP Instructor, Barre Above Instructor, Has a background in Martial Arts, Yoga, and is also a Certified in Silver Sneakers (CLASSIC, CIRCUIT, and YOGA). Also, she has helped three of her clients to become Certified Fitness Trainers themselves!
