Friends and family come together to feast on barbecue, and light up the sky with a spectacular firework show. It just wouldn’t be Summer without a Fourth of July bash!
Amidst all the festivities and temptation, it can be challenging to stay on track with a healthy diet. Good thing fruit is nature’s candy!
Try out this easy, fruit bowl dessert recipe to bring to the party! You can’t really go wrong with fruit in the Summer – it’s refreshing, delicious, and sweet, all diced into one big bowl.
You can even make any adjustments you’d like to make it more festive! So let’s get to it!
Ingredients
1 small watermelon, chopped
1 cantaloupe, seeded and chopped
1 mango, pitted and chopped
1 cup fresh blueberries
1/4 cup fresh mint, minced
Instructions
- Chop the fruit into small, uniform cubes
- Combine the ingredients in a large bowl
- Scoop into small cups. Enjoy!
