About Our Franchise Owner: Eric Hard

Hello my name is Eric Hard! I have been in the fitness industry for over ten years. I have an Associate’s Degree in Sports Medicine and multiple health certifications. I am passionate about keeping up to date on the latest research and trends within the fitness world.

My own weight loss journey and diagnosis of type 1 diabetes in my mid-twenties inspired me to begin helping others. I started a Fit Body Boot Camp to develop an environment where anyone can feel like they belong. Now, the Cottonwood Heights Fit Body Boot Camp team educates clients and helps to change lives everyday.

My focus is to always keep my clients safe, while providing a fun atmosphere, and education about true lifestyle change. The industry has manipulated and confused many on what is “right” or “wrong.” In reality, what works for one person, is not going to work for the person standing next to them. I can design programs that clients understand, are based on individual needs, and can be followed long term.

Throughout my career, I have been able to work with people of all ages and fitness levels with a focus on health, exercise, and injury prevention. I am dedicated to helping you live life to the fullest and achieve your fitness goals.
