Fitbody Boot Camp About Owner

About Allen Faison

I believe that great health is the cornerstone to having a great life. I have always considered myself an athlete. I’ve played just about every popular sport since the time I was 7 years old: football, basketball, baseball, soccer, and even college football at UNO.

Fast forward years later after having children, a full-time job, and other activities. For the first time in my life, I found myself extremely out of shape-especially compared to how I saw myself for so many years before that. What happened to me? I had grown into this non-energetic person. Why was I “too busy” (that’s the lie I told myself) to work out?

My moment of change came after a camping trip. I vividly remember not wanting to take off my shirt to swim and the discomfort I felt the few occasions it was off. Then….I saw pictures of myself. Pictures are worth 1,000 words, and I heard everyone of them telling me it was time to get it together.

Since then, I’ve lost the extra weight and regained my self confidence. I feel better than I’ve felt in ages. After experiencing my own journey, I decided to become a certified personal trainer so I can reach out and help change as many lives as possible.

People often underestimate the emotional impact of getting healthy. I often ask them, “What does it matter if you gain the world and lose your health?” I’m excited to serve you and look forward to helping you on your fitness journey.
