My name is Nadine VandenHeuvel and I’m excited to bring you Kincardine’s most exciting and fun fitness workout that will give you the results you deserve! Let me be honest for a minute with you…our workouts kick butt. We work together to stay in shape and to keep each other motivated so that you are not alone! I know exactly how it feels to be completely unmotivated to go exercise and how life always gets in the way but we also should know how great it feels at the end of an awesome Fit Body Boot Camp class. I have helped so many men and women that have struggled with the same issues: weight gain, lack of energy, little muscle mass, and a sense of hopelessness.
