About Jarred Kotkas
My Name is Jarred Kotkas. I am a certified health coach and fitness trainer who is extremely passionate about helping people achieve their health and fitness goals.
After 4 years at the University of Lethbridge and countless hours in the library and lab I acquired a love for physiology, nutrition and health. After receiving my neuroscience degree I originally wanted to continue my education by pursuing a career in the medical field. However, after further research, I realized that I do not admire the current diagnose and prescribe system of health care. Instead, I wanted to apply my knowledge and passion for science into preventative ways to ensure optimal health for myself and everyone around me.
It quickly became aware to me that healthy eating and consistently getting into the gym can be a difficult task with todays busy lifestyle. That is why, just like you, I came to realize that I needed a fitness program that can be done with little to no equipment and seamlessly fit into a overloaded schedule.
This is when I was introduced to Fit Body Boot Camp and the unstoppable fitness formula. Their philosophies and dedication to changing the lives of their members immediately caught my attention and I knew that it would be the perfect fit for me.
Having the opportunity to combine everything I love into my career and helping people achieve their health goals was the best decision I ever made. It allows me to focus all of my attention, effort, commitment, and dedication on YOU and thoroughly enjoy every step along YOUR road to success.
