About Lynda Gustavsen

Hi, my name is Lynda Gustavsen and I am the new owner of St Marys Fit Body Boot Camp. Everyone has a story and and a reason for wanting to own a Fit Body Boot Camp and here is mine:

I first started attending St Marys Fit Body Boot Camp 3 years ago. I could barely lift a 5 pound hand weight and the thought of making it more than 10 seconds on the ropes was unfathomable. I thought that the people who went more than 3 days a week were just plain crazy. I was far from what anyone would call a ‘gym rat’ and would try different exercise programs like I was taste testing flavors at Baskin Robbins. But after I stepped into Fit Body, it’s safe to say that I’d I finally found my favorite flavor and I haven’t looked back since.

So much has changed for me in the 3 years that I have been attending, far more than I’d ever imagined. I’ve become a stronger person both physically and mentally. I found a passion that I didn’t know I had in me, dedication that I didn’t know existed, and friendships that I’ll cherish forever. These self discoveries would’ve never happened if it weren’t Fit Body Boot Camp.

I’ve always said that FBBC was my own personal ‘Cheers’ bar where everybody knows your name. A place where people are comfortable and happy, unjudged and equal. I promise to do everything in my power to make sure your experience here is (and continues to be) as inviting and comfortable for you as it has been for me and that Fit Body can be your own ‘Cheers’ escape too.
