About Our Fitness Boot Camp

Through tedious planning and careful research, we've managed to create a group workout that delivers up to 32 hours of fat burning results in only 30 minutes of exercise. Yes, you read that correctly. With our signature Afterburn method, you'll only need a half hour in the gym to get results far superior to traditional cardio.

How does it work? These action-packed group sessions pair High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) with Active Rest Training to attack your metabolism and produce our unrivaled fat burning effects. Our certified personal trainers will guide you through the process, so there's no need to worry about your lack of experience. You'll be a pro in no time with the coaching and encouragement of our experts.

To round out our successful plan for you, our staff nutritionist will help you select a meal plan. A healthy diet is equally as important as proper exercise, and we provide all the knowledge and support you need to build this habit in a practical and sustainable way.
