My name is Jim Moyna,


I’m a certified fitness trainer and passionate about helping residents of lower Westchester achieve their fitness and fat loss results. In fact if you’re looking for a fitness boot camp in lower Westchester – this is the place for you.

All my life I was pretty athletic. Always playing sports, playing football in college, and basically eating whatever I wanted. Maybe you can relate. I enlisted in the United States Marine Corps and learned so much more about my own fitness levels and capabilities. When I left the Marines, I started to put on weight and got out of shape fast.

Then I got back to basics from what I learned from my time in college and the Marine Corps., resistance weight training, bodyweight training and High Intensity Interval Training. The combination of these three with proper nutrition really helped me get me back in shape in a relatively short time.

Some time later I discovered Fit Body Boot Camp and the Unstoppable Fitness Formula and learned more about their philosophy and dedication to changing lives with fitness .
