Before starting Fit Body Forever, I was out of shape, overweight, and unmotivated to make needed health changes. Honestly, I just wasn't sure of where to go or what type of work out could possibly work for me because I had not worked out in years.
Because of the coaching and support of the Fit Body Forever I've become a person who now loves working out! I love the support of all the members and coaches as we encourage each other on our own individual journeys.
I am more coordinated, so much stronger, my balance is greatly improved! I've also lost 25 pounds, many inches and lowered.
