About Our Fitness Boot Camp Workouts

Our Afterburn workouts are specifically designed to help you build lean muscle while burning extreme fat and calories. Don't worry about bulking up! You will be creating a sleek and toned physique while having a lot of fun.

Our boot camp workouts combine high intensity intervals with active rest intervals. This type of exercise boosts your metabolism for up to 32 hours after your workout. Your body will continue to burn fat and calories even while you sleep.
