Our program includes 30-minute boot camp style workouts. We've named them Afterburn workouts, because they will train your body to burn fat for more than 24 hours after you leave the gym. We offer a range of workout times both in the morning and evening so you can find a class that fits into your busy schedule.

Each workout is led by a certified personal trainer. Our workouts combine High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) with Active Rest Training to deliver maximum results. Our workouts are designed to rev up your metabolism so that it keeps it going at a higher rate all day.
