We want all of our members to feel like they are part of one big family with lots of support. You are not alone on this journey to good health.

Hi, my name is Caroline Niebla. I have been an active gym person most of my life, and a certified personal trainer for over 15 years. My passion and love for fitness started back in high school, when I took my first physical conditioning class.

It wasn’t until I started having children that I realized how much being physically fit helped me bounce back to my pre-pregnancy body. It was then, that I decided it was time to get my personal training certification. I wanted and continue wanting to share my knowledge and experiences with others, especially those who have had the same struggles.

For 4 years, I worked at an all women’s gym, which I really enjoyed, before deciding to become an independent trainer, out on my own. Even though I loved my clients and the training, I always felt like I was missing something. It always felt more like a job than anything else.

When we relocated to Lake Elsinore in 2010, I felt I needed something more fulfilling. Something that I felt would make a difference in, not only my life, but so many others lives, as well. I wanted to offer more, to more people. At that time, I decided to start an all women’s outdoor boot camp at the local park. I was really enjoying myself. I was making a positive impact on so many women’s lives, and it made me realize that group training was for me.

When I came across the ad for Fit Body Boot Camp, I instantly knew I had found what I was looking for. This program offers the full package for myself, the people of my community and to those of our surrounding communities. I want to help as many people as I can with reaching their health and fitness goals. I am here to help push and motivate you to do just that. Workouts will challenge you, regardless of your fitness level.

I LOVE teaching others what I have learned through my own experiences in fitness and proper nutrition. I have learned how day-to-day challenges play into our self-improvement process. I now bring this concept to my clients, in a safe and controlled manner. I am dedicated to helping all of my clients by encouraging them to believe in their own potential, and achieve their fitness goals. It is never too late to increase your level of fitness, no matter what your current level of fitness is.

I truly feel that we have to make time for ourselves and work at being the best version of ourselves.
